Melanjutkan artikel berikutnya, kali ini saya akan membahas tentang prospek villa di Bali. Bagaimana teman-teman pembaca apa sudah mengerti apa yang dimaksud dengan villa? Jika belum bisa dilihat artikelnya dsini :)
Mengenai Villa di Bali, sebagaimana yang kita ketahui Bali merupakan daerah pariwisata sehingga property pada umumnya termasuk villa termasuk cepat laku. Selain itu villa yang disewakan juga bagus prospeknya. Sebagai perbandingan, menurut pengalaman Emporio sewaktu bertemu dgn orang asing dari Italia yang masih muda. di Negara asalnya dia tinggal di flat yang sederhana saja, harganya bisa mencapai kisaran 1,5-2 miliar per flat, isi 2 kamar. Kalau diambil perbandingan di Bali anda bisa mendapatkan villa yang kalau dilepas harga pasaran 3,5-4 Miliar akan banyak peminatnya padahal biaya pembangunan plus tanah tidak sampai 1,5 Miliar.
Villa juga sifatnya likuid, jadi bisa disewakan, bisa ditinggali sendiri, dan bisa dipakai investasi juga (harga property akan selalu meningkat), dan bisa dijual. Untuk harga jual pun demikian, biasanya jika membeli villa orang akan lebih royal dari segi harga dibanding dengan membeli rumah. Dan untuk daerah-daerah di Bali yang saat ini cocok untuk dijadikan lokasi investasi Villa diantaranya Seminyak, Umalas, Batubolong, Jimbaran, Ubud, dan Ketewel.
